What a transformation! I hated our kitchen for 15 years and now have the kitchen i really love. Professionally designed, within budget and all work completed on time and safely - 5 stars is not enough! I can highly recommend Adam and his brilliant team!

I recently had a kitchen installed by AP Kitchens, i gave Adam the initial ideas of what i wanted, he designed the kitchen exactly how i had it in my mind, his fitters were both punctual and polite (even working on weekends to get the job finished) and the quality and value was excellent. I cant recommend them enough.

Unreliable Service and Lack of ProfessionalismWe recently had an unfortunate experience with AP Kitchens and its owner, Adam, that we feel compelled to share in order to inform potential customers about the issues encountered.1. Failure to deliver on promises: Despite scheduling an appointment with Adam six weeks ago, and meeting on site, we have yet to receive a single drawing or quote for our kitchen project. We have given him multiple opportunities to provide the requested information, but each time, the deadline passes without any communication from him, leaving us to chase him for updates.2. Untruthful claims: Adam claimed to have been off sick for an entire week, which later turned out to be false. This dishonesty further erodes the trust we had in him and his company to complete our project in a timely and professional manner.3. Lack of respect for clients: Throughout this process, we have repeatedly asked Adam to inform us if he is unable to complete the project so that we can seek alternative options. However, he continually reassures us that the quote will be provided, only to let the deadline pass without any apology or explanation. This has happened at least eight times now. He had promised when we first spoke to have our kitchen installed a week end of April, it is now 2nd week of May, and nothing we have received no quote or drawing! This demonstrates a clear lack of respect for his clients and his profession.As a result of these issues, we cannot recommend AP Kitchens to anyone considering their services. We urge potential customers to look for alternative providers who can demonstrate a higher level of professionalism, reliability, and respect for their clients.

We had our kitchen fitted by AP Kitchen Solutions earlier this year. Adam and his team were always attentive to our needs, flexible, friendly and helpful.Any minor snags were dealt with courteously and promptly. Had considered two major national companies, but felt a smaller company would provide a better service. Costs were competitive and offered better value for money than major rivals.I happily recommend AP Kitchen Solutions to anyone planning a new Kitchen.

I came across Adam at the Frome Cheese Fair nearly three years ago. We were just about to move into our cottage and needed someone to come and fit our kitchen worktop. It was Minerva and many fitters were nervous of this product. Adam assured us that his company was well able to do the job. The fitter he sent came and did the fitting whilst the cottage was empty. My wife was so delighted to have a kitchen worktop at last as this enabled us to move in. At the time we didn't notice the many mistakes. After sometime cracks started to appear where the joins were and one side of the worktop was lifting. Had it all been fitted correctly none of this would have happened. When I approached Adam about the problems we were having he said it was nothing to do with his company as he had subcontracted the work to someone else. If this were true he did this without informing us. This was despite the fact that he had asked us to put a review on his site saying how pleased we were with his company's work. My wife still has the emails to this effect. I would not use this company again, ever, as he disregarded any offer to come and look at the problems. Every time he said he would come he made excuses at the last minute or just didn't turn up. Beware.

AP Kitchens have transformed our kitchen into a fabulous bright modern space which we are loving! Cooking and entertaining is a joy in there. The whole job was professionally and efficiently done by a talented team, nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was done. Thank you Adam and co! We thoroughly recommend this business.

Adam and the guys from AP Kitchens are our kitchen angels. They installed our kitchen when we were let down by another fitter and did an amazing job. They fitted us into their already busy schedule and transformed our kitchen and our lives within a week. We cannot recommend them highly enough. All of the guys are friendly and go out of their way to make sure your kitchen looks as special as can be.

Having asked for a quote in August 2019, the response was prompt and polite. When I said I wanted to wait until spring 2020 Adam kept in touch but with no pressure. The fitters, Chris and Adam were brilliant and dealt with everything in their stride. This Company has full 5 star ratings for a good reason and I will use them again for other properties. What a great service I had provided by this company. I was opening my second branch of my funeral directing company in Martock. I called Adam at A P Kitchens as I had heard of their reputation. Adam and a colleague attended the premises on an arranged appointment and measured up" and gave me all the options. Once chosen I was provided with detailed digital drawings of which I approved. working with my builder they arranged the appropriate date for the kitchen to be fittedOn the pre arranged fitting date

I wanted a high quality kitchen revamp and hoped to use a local firm, with the right team to do a fabulous job for me. Well both of those goals were achieved by A P Kitchens of Ilchester, from my initial contact with Adam Porter where we talked through my vision, followed by his prompt quote, I felt I was in safe but inspiring hands.The kitchen fitters, Chris and Adam were delightful, professional and tidy! Any problems thrown up by my old kitchen were dealt with and sorted out with no fuss and I felt that any questions or queries I had were given proper consideration with excellent solutions.Adam compliments his team with Stuart the tiling expert - I don’t use that word lightly - he did an amazing job, the tiling looks fantastic with a truly beautiful finish. Part of the revamp included my poor old pine floor being sanded and revitalised, Corin was called in, turning my floor into a thing of beauty, whilst managing to keep all its character and warmth. Mark and Stan (the apprentice) were the wonderful sparkies, very professional, a superb finish to their work and great to see an apprentice being taught so well.The kitchen was finished on time, it looks wonderful whilst retaining all its character - a very professional job by a fabulous local team of experts - I love it!
