Perfect Fit was recommended to me by my dog trainer, she also explained her excellent experience of their customer service.Excellent is an appropriate word! They patiently worked with me to understand and consult on the fit, sending out numerous replacement parts at no extra cost for me to try. Now we have found the perfect fit, I have returned the unwanted pieces. Bought two harnesses for my boston terriers. I had to send them an email as I measured them wrong. Their customers service is second to none. So compassionate and just incredible. I was advised which ones to buy and they fit absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing and most importantly Loki and Korg love them and feel very comfortable.

I bought a harness from Dog Games Ltd for my Lurcher, after struggling to find one that would fit his long body but small chest. The separate parts are perfect for him and his shape as a sight hound. There has been great customer service from the team who’s expertise has helped us find the perfect fit! I would definitely recommend investing in one of the harnesses, than struggling to find one that nearly fits from a pet shop.

I’m still within the process of finding the correct size for my pup but I really wanted to post a review because I’m really impressed with the business and people who work behind the scenes!A lot of harnesses I’ve been trying from pet shops and on Amazon haven’t fit properly for my pup as she’s quite small and we’re constantly hitting a brick wall! I’m apart of a dog group on social media and I asked within that group what they’d recommend and the majority of the recommendations were ‘PerfectFit’. I’d never heard of them before so I was going in blind by those recommendations but liked what I saw and made a purchase.It arrived and with all the measurements I’d done on my pup, unfortunately, it was rather tight so instead of sending it back for a refund, I really wanted to resolve the issue.I contacted PerfecfFit on their website and received an email straight away. I was asked to send a few images of my pup so they could work out sizes from the pictures I’d sent across and they have kindly agreed to send alternative pieces free of charge until we have the perfect fit (pardon the pun) for my pup!I’m so very thankful for the help and felt it was only right that a review was worth posting!Massive shoutout to Gilly for dealing with my enquiry!

Without a doubt the most helpful store I have ever had pleasure to deal with. Purchased perfect fit harness online and very pleased with it. My 26kg dog sometimes gets excited and yanks me off down the road. With the perfect fit harness and a double clip lead I can walk her one handed using just gentlest turn of the hand. Very kind on the dog - this harness guides rather than punishes. Very much wished I had known about these before. Needed some adjustment to sizes and a phone call is all it has taken for some new sizes to be sent out for me to try mixing and matching them until I get it right. Very kind. Thoroughly recommend.

A lot of companies could learn from PerfectFit on how to deliver Customer Service. Everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly helpful, has made every interaction easy, and has replaced a part of my harness that had become damaged for free despite learning I had been using the harness incorrectly.My dog walks brilliantly whilst wearing the harness. What a wonderful company! The customer service is absolutely fantastic - quick responses to my queries and so helpful in assessing the size I needed for my sight-hound. Got my boys a harness each, they really are a perfect fit! The customer service is fab, had a problem fitting the harnesses and they sorted me out in no time! Highly recommend.
