Halfords Autocentre Nottingham (Nuthall Road)

Carried out an aircon re-gas. Smoothest process there is. Called in and booked with Carl who’s an absolute legend! Came in on the day at lunch and car was ready for me to collect at end of day. My MOT was also due soon which Carl also kindly booked in for me at a later date. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Nice guys there, always been good to me and they don't try get you to buy something, like I had a reg plate bulb gone and they could of sorted and probably charged a small fortune but they didn't and I sorted it myself for a couple quid.

Had my car booked in today for a diagnostic check and the guys at Nuthall Road Autocentre are brilliant. A special shout out to Tom who called me to explain the issue I have and what can be done to fix it. Big thanks also to Ryan for installing my new battery. Highly recommend this autocentre.

Absolutely amazing experience with the Autocentre. After trying two others with said no to me, Paul said they’d be able to do the work I needed on my car there and then.Can highly recommend this garage. Customer care is 100% and jobs I needed doing were done to a high standard and reasonably priced and very accommodating.

Had my car in for diagnostic and repair - the guys here identified the problem and sorted it quickly. Kept me well informed when they had to keep the car overnight while parts came in, and updated me in advance when id be able to collect the car. Friendly and professional staff.

Hired a guy to change bulbs and couldn't even get to the bulb, stood in rain for a hour, had to show him on YouTube & he said they haven't got the tool for it (was a flathead screwdriver) the young lad was lovely and polite but no clue

Worst customer service. The gentleman in the reception is very rude and hostile for no reason. I think he has racial issue. He does not even give you the chance to answer or to talk. This must be normal for Halford, as I have seen many previous complaints with the same issue, and nothing has happened. His main intention is to turn you away. The Job has not been done as I expected under many excuses. However, the Job was performed at a local garage with better professionalism. Stay Away
