My best mate bought an American scooter, absolutely amazing, he took it to escooter to uprate the brakes and give it a service as he wanted it road legal. He paid a small fortune to them and brought it back three times because it mysteriously developed new problems. Now the electrics don't work properly his battery no longer charges like before and doesn't last more than a couple of miles????? They have absolutely taken advantage of him because they have the monopoly on the parts etc.Don't take your scooter here, I'm not being biased look at all the terrible reviews they are disgusting con artists

I recently purchased a charger for my scooter from this website and, unfortunately, it turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. I paid an extra £26 for expedited shipping to receive my order promptly, but things went downhill from there.Firstly, I was sent the wrong charger. This mistake was not only inconvenient but also reflected a lack of attention to detail and quality control on the part of the website. When I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue, I was informed that I would need to return the incorrect charger.Here's where the situation got even worse - they wanted me to foot the bill for the return shipping, which amounted to a staggering £17! This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I believe that when a company sends the wrong item, they should take responsibility for their mistake and cover the cost of the return.This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I felt compelled to share my story to warn others. It's disheartening to encounter a website that not only messes up orders but also expects customers to pay for their mistakes. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to think twice and explore alternative options. Save yourself the hassle and potential extra costs by looking elsewhere for your scooter accessories. Hopefully, my review will help others avoid the frustration I've had to endure.

AVOID AT ALL COST!TERRIBLE SERVICE!Paid to have two scooters fixed and both came back with the same issue.In total I spent £385 and after complaining about the repairs I was told I was better off buying a new scooter from the engineer NOW they REFUSE TO SERVICE me as I caught 2 members of staff out in a lie (Kathy & Ash) they have now blocked my number from calling and refuse to service me overall because I called to express my concerns more than once and even sent a screenshot of the no. Of calls via email saying they haven’t got time to go back and forth with me.Isn’t a customer allowed to complain about a service they have paid for if it’s not done correctly? They even guarantee warranty after a repair. One of my scooters magically has an issue with the battery which there was no underlying issue before them fixing it, now they refuse to even look at it.Accusing me of rushing the work, which is a lie. I was told the work could be done in a timely manner that suited me before wasting my time and going out of my way to the shop! HAPPILY waited for 3 hours on the first occasion just for it not to be done properly. If they wasn’t able to do the work they should have refused then!VERY rude and dismissive as a whole,Patryk manager going back and forth with me via email and refusing to anymore work when there’s an issue with my scooters battery since work has been down. They have taken no accountability for the service they provided and there is no one higher complain to so this is my only result and social media! Ended up buying a new scooter as I mentally can’t cope with all the hassle as it’s essential for my day to day.I had to visit the store twice in one week for the insufficient repairs!! Not to mention over £80 worth of cabs.Absolutely shocking service and very unprofessional.

-1 star because they broke my ignition, the key i gave them was crooked, my mistake, but that doesn't mean they had to break the ignition trying to switch it on, right?Also, they weren't honest and they haven't admitted that they caused the damage, they basically said i cannot prove that it was working before and they can't prove that the engineer broke it. The engineer being dishonest and not admitting she broke the ignition made me angry, i mean, she must have noticed that she broke the ignition, so she should have admitted that!I was hoping they cover the whole cost of fixing the ignition (didn't care for an upgrade to a fob) but i had to pay for the difference of the upgraded fob which i agreed initially,but then i changed my mind, and they remained firm in the initial verbal deal. I think it wasn't fair for me to pay any amount of money, not even 20 pounds, as i didn't broke it.-1 star because it took about half a year (!!!) for the total repairs, to be precise about 5 months for the initial repairs and 1 week to fix the ignition they broke and do some extra works i asked.The waiting was not their fault as they said, it's the distributor fault, customs, whatever, but again, 5+ months waiting is a long time, and had to be written in a review in case someone has an American scooter and expecting the fix to be fast.+1 star because they upgraded the ignition and the fob included an alarm and it's more safe than a ignition which can be wired and the scooter get stolen more easily.+1 star because they were always friendly and professional even when i was furious about all the bad luck my escooter had.+1 star because they tried to find a solution and make me a happy customer and made me a small gift and a discount.Would be nice if they treated me a coffee as well while i was waiting for them to diagnose that the ignition was damaged even though it was obvious even by a non engineer that the ignition was broken.I paid in total 500 quid and i could have bought a new one and avoid all this hussle, next time i'll just throw it in the bin and buy a new one.I am not a mean person, so that's why i'm not giving them one star, i want to be as fair as possible, but i'm definitely not a happy customer and i'll try to avoid them next time even though they're the best closest escooter service in my home.

Great experience at this store, my main issue was resolved in a timely manner. Excellent customer service from Jamal who was very well informed, professional and personable. Would have been five stars if the Klarna system was working properly!

They took my electric Cortina bike (which is a Dutch brand and not sold here) which had a broken motor and they ordered a new motor. It took 6 weeks to arrive which was not their fault and fitted it quickly when it arrived. Really friendly staff, only thing was I had to prompt them for updates.
