After initially being ignored by a member of staff stood behind the cash desk, she then proceeded to offer help to another customer who walked in after me. Thankfully, another staff member realised I wasn't impressed being ignored, and came to my assistance.So despite the poor start, I left the store with some great products and a more positive outcome.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Alexandra - i had popped in a few weeks ago but got a little overwhelmed, so popped back when town was a little quieter. She showed me the make up I had enquired about but another option that she would recommend and I love it! purchased yesterday and wearing it today :) She also advised on how best to use the product and I am super happy! Thank you!

While my visit was only to give in a CV, on entering an employees gave me a very unfriendly and unwelcoming look. I can't imagine why she would have done this, as I smiled at her gracefully and she was very beautiful and needn't project her insecurities in such a hateful way.The manager who spoke to me however was very friendly, and directed me to email in a cover letter.I will not be taking my application further as it is a toxic environment.

This was the first time I have been to Bobbi Brown.I needed help with different make up.Chloe was really helpful & found the perfect foundation & moisturiser for me.I will definitely be going back to totally overhaul my makeup bag & daily makeup routine.

Went to Bobbi Brown store in Oxford! Great customer service, Emma was amazing she understood exactly what I wanted… I loved all the products she recommended enough so that I went back to the store the next day :) honestly best makeup shopping experience ever!! All thanks to Emma!!

I went in with an empty bottle of foundation on my bday wanting to replace it. The staff ignored me, even when they were available- it made me feel pretty small so I decided to not purchase anything. I definitely would not go in there again.
