I had a good experience with Mayo Clinic's cardiology service. From my initial inquiry, the cardiology team provided thorough explanations and reassured me about every procedure. The communication with the nursing and cardiac physiologists was excellent. I'm grateful for their professionalism and look forward to my tests next year.

Booked a private scan, firstly I didn’t receive any confirmation email. After the scan, I was informed the results could be sent over to me, and the team would check this before sending. I did not receive any results, and no communication from the clinic to say that they cannot share reports with patients, which is ridiculous. Disappointed with the lack of communication and inefficiency.

I had a great experience with the cardiology department at Mayo Clinic London! Especially the cardiac physiology manager Mr. Goncalves was reachable for all types of questions all the time.You will find medicine at the highest level there.

I had the platinum level health screening spread over three days. The service, professionalism and communications met all my expectations. Dr Sami completed the colonoscopy and endoscopy and his manner and professionalism were exemplary. No problem recommending this facility to anyone needing healthcare. All medical and administrative support staff were extremely supportive and friendly.

Doctors are nice once you get there, but the administration is horrendous. Sometimes I have had to wait over two days to just receive a call back about booking an appointment. This is not something I would expect from the NHS, let alone an expensive private clinic. I have to call multiple times just to remind them to call me back, and god help you if you miss their call

Mayo Clinic Healthcare London has an amazing facility and outstanding customer care ethics. Special thanks to Dr. Sarmed Sami who was really professional and lovely Gastro Nurse JEFF he was outstanding. My experience at Mayo clinic was amazing, they coped with my high anxiety quite well and help me to feel comfortable during all procedure.

I have been a cardiac patient at the Clinic for a couple of years now. In that time I found the cardiology team to be truly excellent . I found their attention to detail and open communication very reassuring. I am so grateful to the cardiology team who impacted my life in such a positive way and put me on a path to recovery.

Very expensive for not a full suite of tests. You just get told to exercise, take vitamins and reduce your weight and they may well not get to the bottom of your problem, unless you're happy to pay 'the sky's the limit' for all the extras. Communication is poor, staff foreign but pleasant.

I'm delighted with the attention on my case.For many years I've been trying to get a proper diagnose and I'm happy to have found and visited Mayo clinic UK.All staff was super nice and friendly. Dr. Kapur professionalism is above and beyond, working with them with a treatment that last it around 2-3 months and my issue is solved and I'm happy!Totally recommend it if you are trying to find out a diagnosis and no one else can.Definitely will come back if I need in the future.
