Excellent service from JS Woodcraft, great choice of products with professional advice. We used a recommended fitter to lay our oak floor in the hall, Chris was communicative, professional and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JS and Chris.

JS Woodcraft provided risers and treads in Devin Sheen for our staircase refurbishment. Helpful, professional and friendly service from our first visit to their showroom (huge range of choice) right up to supply to our fitter, Chris Scott, who did a first rate job of installation for us. The old wonky staircase has a new lease of life and we are delighted with the result.

I purchased engineered oak planks from J S Woodcraft 140mm wide in their Ultra Grey finish as a replacement floor for a water damaged oak floor previously in situ. First class customer service from providing samples prior to selection to turning around my order in under two weeks. I decided to lay the floor myself and whilst I'm no professional I'm delighted with the end result. (A couple of small rookie errors that only I can see) . The floor was easy to lay and has a beautiful quality finish. The Ultra Grey colour is fantastic as I think it will counter that slightly yellow orange tint oak can take on as oils react to UV light. Looks like its been down for years (in a good way). From my experience I can highly recommend J S Woodcraft.

JS Woodcraft supplied the herringbone flooring for our new kitchen diner, and we’re over the moon with the results. When spending money on something that will last you such a long time, it’s worth going with a company who really know their stuff and JS Woodcraft certainly know theirs. We had to update our quote several times due to changes in kitchen plans and they quickly and professionally sorted this out for us. We recently purchased engineered oak flooring from J S Woodcraft. The showrooms are amazing with a huge variety of styles and finishes available to view. We were recommended JS Woodcraft as a supplier of quality flooring. Our visit to the showroom was really useful and the range was a little overwhelming. The service was professional and knowledgeable and we were given large sample panels to take home and try in situ. We opted for a parquet floor to run through from living room to kitchen. The order process was straightforward and the floor was booked in and made to order. All the flooring is made on site at the Sutton on the Forest showroom and workshop. It’s nice to know that what we ordered is still made locally and to high standards . The floor was supplied on time and fitting is almost complete. We are delighted with the finished results and the high quality of oak parquet supplied by JS Woodcraft.

We bought White Sand engineered floorboards from JS Woodcraft & they’re now laid & looks lovely & we’re delighted with it. I searched for a long time to find wide engineered oak flooring without knots in a pale colour & these floorboards ticked all the boxes. We received an excellent service from everyone at JS. We dealt mainly with Katie who was extremely helpful. We can thoroughly recommend them.
