Divine Retreat Centre – St Augustine’s Abbey

We had tea and biscuits before the mass. The mass was so interesting, and even my mom got touched by the holy spirit. Great priests, and I love the outline of the building. It seems like a church more then a retreat centre.

With funds from grants from the likes of the National Lottery Heritage Grant this abbey has been rebuilt back to it's original beauty. It is absolutely peaceful and prayerful. There are guides for those who wish, but do not intrude.A whole lot of Polish people are buried in the graveyard. I think there's a story there linking Polish nationals and this church.It is well worth a visit.

I have come very close to God after my brain aneurysm (haemorrhage) stroke which I suffered in the year 2013. Since then I am come close to God and am into prayers and have personally attended the retreats a couple of times which helps renew one's life and a great experience with God. I attend the daily live streaming and it helps me Spiritually as well mentally. I think most of the people in this Country should take advantage of this facility , when the people from all over the World are taking benefit from it .

The Divine Retreat live stream is a wonderfull spritual journey to connect with God Almighty, and Lord Jesus he heals our body, awakens our mind towards God. Cleans r heart and refreshes the soul.Paise the Lord.

PRAISE THE LORD .THIS IS HOLY PLACE FOR ME .Experienced the Love of God through Jesus & gained strength to forgive my enemies .Received the anointment of the Holy Spirit which washed me through & through.. The entire retreat is organised so well that i couldn't miss being dipped in the love of GOD & began to understand HIS will along with restoration of everything lost in life. It gives us the desire to be in the presence of God and pray for the entire world. daily preaching and Holy anointing is purifying us and making us unselfish, compassionate more sensitive to others needs . its gives us the understanding to take suffering as a opportunity to come closer to God and helps us not to condemn our selves but to confess and get purify our self by the precious blood of Jesus and to boldly come in the presence of the Lord almighty as a Child of God and pray and get the blessings not only for us but for all those who we pray for.
