Washing Machine Repairs

Seemed professional, said the washing machine was working, found out after he'd gone it still wasn't, asked him to come back and said he would, didn't turn up then when i text said he'd been stuck in Westcliff, said he'd come at 11 this morning and hasnt turned up, it's now 12.15 and not heard back from him, so he's got my money and my machine still doesn't work!
