Rainbow Soft Play & Cafe
Came here for the first time with my cousin and her two kids. I don't usually hang out in soft plays as I don't have kids of my own but I have been to a few in the past and they're usually grim. Today I was pleasantly surprised, the place is kept clean and tidy and the food was decent too.

It's a nice space and I'm sure the soft play would be great for an older child. However, £7.50 (plus £2 entry for the adult) feels a bit steep for a child under 2 considering that the play area intended for 0-2 year-olds is quite small and doesn't have much in it and also had boisterous older kids playing in it so it wasn't really safe for my cousin's 1-and-a-half year-old to play in. 5 months also seems very young to have to pay full price for. I was there with my baby who is under 5 months (we went there so my cousin's little boy could play, not mine) so only had to pay entry for myself, but had he been just over 5 months and I had had to pay for him I would have been pretty unimpressed - he may not even be able to sit up by 5 months, let alone safely play in the soft play.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried but the staff are really friendly and it is well maintained.Although, I agree that for the price it is too small. The 0-2 section is only a ball pit. The toddler section is too small. My 2 year old was bored and wanted to be in the bigger section but even that was dull.Food is incredibly overpriced. The seating area was lovely though.

The size of the soft play was good, the small children's play bit could've had a bit more in it.The food portions were good but quite expensive.The place was clean and there was plenty of parking. The max you can stay is 2 hours as they announce for your session to be over.

Rainbow Soft Play & Cafe
Disappointing experience yesterday. Lots of older children playing roughly in the 0-2 soft play, jumping off the sides. I had to bring this to the staff's attention 4 times, we ended up leaving early as there was no safe space for my daughter to play. From previous reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue and something that needs to be addressed by staff.

Cafe style soft play. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Coffee is very good, food as well. The soft play area not that big but you can see your kids from every corner. The under 2 area quite small. If you want to enjoy a coffee in a beautiful environment while your child is having fun that this place is for you. It clearly suits my needs

Had booked this place for my son’s fifth birthday and I’m sorry to say that the service and organisation was terrible. As soon as we arrived within five minutes, we were told to rush our guests into the tiny room upstairs because the food was ready. You can imagine after five minutes of play it’s not very convenient to be rushed upstairs for food.Later the kids went to play again and after 20 minutes we was told to go back upstairs for Ice Cream I think for organisation purposes, it would be great if the kids were allowed to play for the first hour and then the food at the end, this would’ve been easier if there wasn’t another group party cramped up to the tiny area on the 1st floor. Also, there needs to be a cap on the capacity of the place as it is quite small, Staff were quite unaware of their duties, and when we told them off our dissatisfaction Their response was to email the company I will never go to this place ever again, and if you’re looking for a place for 20 more children, this is not it.

Rainbow Soft Play & Cafe
It is a small soft play area, but absolutely enough for a party gathering. I would advise you to check on your young kids as the stairs leading from the function room upstairs are rather steep. Toilet amenities are kept clean, the selection of food is rather wide.
