We went into the store two days ago looking for trainers and fleeces. When trying to ask if they have my size, we had to wait for about 10 minutes while the assistant (a black young guy) was chatting away to a girl and totally ignoring us and another customer. Really poor customer service and not impressed.

Great customer service and knowledge. Helpful without being pushy. Price a bit on the steep side, but hey you get what you pay for.

This store is bigger than many of the other outdoor clothing shops in the city centre. The staff are very friendly and were able to answer our questions. Many things are on sale so is worth having a look round.

It was an ok store for sport and outdoor activities. Not very big though. They had many offers as they were going to close down the shop.

Had a very unpleasant experience here today. I went to the store to return some gloves which appeared to have a fault with then. Although I had purchased the gloves around three months ago I had only worn them three times and they weren't exactly cheap as had cost £30. The problem I had was I could no longer get two of my fingers in due to the lining being trapped inside, I had tried to fix the problem myself but had not been able to.After first being told the gloves wouldn't of cost £30 despite it clearly stating that on my bank statement I was told the manager would reluctantly give me a refund. I find this totally unacceptable because if you spend £30 on a pair of gloves you expect to be able to wear them more than three times! I had been careful with the gloves and it was simply a case of the lining being faulty, plus it also turned out there was lining missing from the other glove which I hadn't noticed so they were faulty to begin with! Found the staff quite rude and very poor customer service. As a keen walker I've bought lots of stuff from here in the past and never had a problem before but now would think twice before buying stuff from here again.
