Barbers-Inc Parlor

I went into this place on tuesday the 11th oct around 17:00 hrs i waited a short time a younger person came up to me playing around with his phone all the time he wasmumbling to me. I have worked in this industry for many years and worked all over england . They need training of how to talk to customers for sure there was no manners at all it really put my back up i walked out will not use this place again very poor customer service and if that is bad the hair cuts won't be very good either as they could not be bothered to talk properly to a customer. If he was working for me he be in trouble but then I would have trained him. Very disappointed with this place.

I've been coming here for the last 4 years to get my beard trimmed by Jon and I've never had a bad experience, the staff are great and the shop is always clean

I've been going to this Barbers-Inc for over a year, so this will be a comprehensive, honest review of this establishment. The communication of this Barbershop is non-existent. I have had to wait for over 30 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time on multiple occasions; Too many to count. Just today, the barber I have been going to for the past year did not show up. I did not receive any type of communication about this from anyone. When I showed up, the other barbers, including the OWNER had no worry about the issue. On top of that, I had to pay MORE money for another barber of lesser quality. Overall, this place lacks customer service, time management, and communication.

Went recently and had Connor as my barber. Extremely professional and polite, clearly experienced and knew his stuff and delivered a great result even when I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair.Will definitely be going back when I need sorting out again.

My son and husband couldn't fault the service, the Barber's are all professional and happy to listen to any requirements and Tory is brilliant at fixing my husbands hair after my attempts to barber for him... I fail...Little pricey but worth the money for the cuts as they are never disappointed at the finish.Couldn't recommend a better place.

Not your grandfather's baber shop. Great place for the younger generation. Professional staff and a school at that! Would recommend to my peers, but I don't think like my father would be enthusiastic. All in all, I love it.
