Very poor costumer service.Incompetent as the car was returned dirty.Took 45 mins for a job I could have done in 10 as result the car (especially like n bodywork) were still dusty,dirty with no sign of wash.When I asked the guy if he did the outside he told me yes but when I showed him the dirt he start saying that he couldn’t came off.That dirt came off as soon as I got back home with a dumb cloth.I am very disappointed with the service provided and will never com back.

Awful service. I dropped my car off for a full clean, was told no more than an hour. Came back an hour later and they hadn’t started. Some of the workers were cleaning cars, the others sitting off to the side smoking indoors in the underground car park. I asked why they hadn’t cleaned my car and they said they would start immediately but it would take 40 minutes to clean. No apologies offered and they didn’t seem to care about losing my business.

I used this Car Wash many times, Every time I came they charged me different price for the same service, when I’ve spoken to supervisor why are you charging every time different prices for the same car and same service, first of all he was so rude to answer me and he said to me That’s how we charge it’s up to you take your car wherever you like. They Seriously ripping off people and the same time very rude, I Very disappointed never going to use this Car Wash again.

First time I used this car wash I was charged £20 for a great service. I also included a handsome tip as I appreciated the service that was given.This price was for a in and outside job. The car in question is a brand new saloon vehicle and it was not heavily soiled or extremely dirty.My second visit to this establishment and i was told the price has been increased to £25 for a inn and outside wash.I didn’t make much of a fuss at this point, and left it to the notion of the ever increasing inflation that we are living in.My Third visit which was after a week and I had the exact cleaning regimen done inside and outside of the vehicle as before, only to be aggressively treated by there staff member who demanded I pay him £30!Now at this point it was quite clear that these guys were pulling wool over my eyes and were taking advantage of my good nature. To which I merely asked the guy as to why the price has increased 2 times.Instead of answering me in a amicable fashion, he became aggressive and rude to the point that his customer service skills were that of a Rogue Trader.I felt so insulted and humiliated by this whole experience that I have had to write this review.A car wash is not rocket science but there prices most definitely are!!
