ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Hired Dixons Dispatch to do a delivery to a very important customer of ours. On the day the driver turned up at mid day and refused to do the delivery. His reason was that I dont load and unload vans." He told me the boss would call me in a bit and then left. After half hour the boss called me and told me that Dixons will not be doing the delivery because none of his drivers want to do it. "Its too much work." We had booked this delivery weeks in advance
