Sold our car to Edwards Ford and the necessary paperwork had not be completed. The V5 document to prove ownership had been lost ( after we sold it ) which meant that although the transaction had been completed, we ended up still owning the car which someone else was driving. Although we reached out to the garage for help on a number of occasions , they didn’t know what to do and we had to turn to the DVLA for help. It was a very disappointing experience with a lot of stress.

I was visiting family whilst in England when my car broke down on the A303 (actually the engine blew up). Dom and his team managed to diagnose and install a new engine in a week. I was very impressed with the service and care they took. The European warranty on the work gives me peace of mind which I would not get with a private mechanic since I live in the EU. I highly recommend this team!!

I had a fault show up on my dashboard, which Edwards Ford quickly diagnosed, booked in and repaired. The service, as always, was exemplary, and the car (a new Fiesta ST-3) is now driving perfectly. Such a great little car and excellent support from the dealer - I'm very happy!

Overall good service from this dealership. Friendly people. They never called to say the car was ready to collect though as I requested. Given I had to travel 40 mins I took and chance and got there before they closed to collect.
