From the beginning to the end of the process very efficient and business like. Sam knows her stock well and was able to advise and guide us to the right product. No mean feat considering the vast range of carpets! The carpet was ordered and fitted in less than a fortnight.The fitters came at the appointed time and I am delighted with the final result. Like so many other reviewers have said there customer service stinks so rude treat you with such utter contempt but I think this is the general customer experience in any business in west bridgford they are such an unfriendly miserable lot

Highly recommend! One of the few carpet places that actually get back to you on email. Quick email quote from Sam, very competitive price, she was lovely and friendly on the phone. Carpet was fitted within a few days and it’s absolutely gorgeous, so happy! The lad fitting the carpet was really nice also and very patient with my annoying dog who kept barking at him lol. I’ll definitely be returning for our remaining requirements

We have used this company a few times now to carpet our house. They have been excellent each time. We were majorly let down by another local company and we wish we would have come here in the first place! They turned up to quote the work when they said they would, called when they said they would and turned up to fit when they said. From recent previous experience I have found this to be quite rare in companies now a days.The quality of the finish has been second to none. We had a stair runner with contrasting edging and they even took the time to make us a hallway runner with the wastage at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.Thank you.

Got our carpets and lvt fitted by them. Can’t fault them one bit. They worked with us throughout the whole project accommodating timelines and doing work in stages to allow builders to catch up.Wouldn’t hesitate to use / recommended them in future!

We have used BC for approx 13 years for a range of carpets, specialist stair runners, karndean floors, laminates and oak flooring. They are very polite, turn up on time and whenever we had needed to change fitting dates, the shop has been very flexible in re-booking to suit us. Fitting is of a high standard.
