Nice engraving on 2 glasses, but got a shock when it cost me £20 for 11 letters. Still a lesson to learn---- Ask how much before you have the job done. Staff lovely just shocked at the cost

Very helpful and efficient. I enquired about having a small plaque/plate made; dimensions 40mmx80mm with 12 words, 32 letters. Picked it up within a week. It was exactly as I'd hoped it would look like. Only £10, which is (I think) significantly better than the £40-£60+ I was quoted from jewellers. Would definitely recommend.
