I'm afraid I cannot recommend WasteNotWantNot. I ordered two chests of drawers and two shelves, and while the design was beautiful, they arrived faulty and unfinished. The handles on one of the drawers were loose and one of the drawers was chipped. I suspect this happened during delivery (for which we paid an expensive fee), but when I reached out to Richard and Jo about this, I was essentially told to fix it myself (no apology or discount offered). It's not a great feeling to have to fix something right after you bought it. I also discovered that the inside of one of the drawers hadn't been painted. Another issue is that the items were sent to us before they could dry properly which meant that one of the drawers wouldn't open and others opened with great difficulty, and they stained our carpet and wall. Unfortunately wet wood attracts wood wasps and this is exactly what happened, and this has caused further damage to the items. We were sold an unfinished and damaged product, but when I reached out to Richard and Jo about this but my message was ignored completely which was rather disappointing.

Lovely couple. Love the bookshelves they made me. Exactly what I requested.
