A positive experience all round. John was professional, knowledgeable and left me to it - no useless patter or pressure to buy. I bought a good car at a reasonable price. Call in advance to arrange a time to meet and view your vehicle. My car bought with a new MOT at my request. Would use JLM again and would recommend

Bought a hyundai coupe from here yesterday, did my research before hand and saw it has a few advisories from the last MOT, got there and upon looking the car over found they had all be sorted by John!Very friendly and seemed to be a genuinly honest guy which is rare in the motor sales industry, so if you plan to get a car then at the very least check what hes got or give him a call, Thanks again John!Oh and ignore the 1 star reviews, they seem to be very uptight induviduals who just want to find something to complain about for the sake of it. Youll realise they are unjustfied if you deal with John your self.

Generally a good experience;Positives:Sales team was accommodating and helpful for times to view and test drive the car.Vehicle mileage was as stated.The team were happy to correct other minor issues relating to windscreen wipers, side lights and trim before purchase.The car was readied at the earliest convenience for collection and they were happy to make small adjustments to the sale price.John was also helpful when filling in a missing service book entry and resetting the service light which had been left on, providing good after-sale customer support.negatives:Refusal to re gas air conditioning over fear of other components being cause for failure.Sunroof blinds were broken upon purchase and had obviously been tampered with as trim was loose. Whether this was the dealership or not I am unsure.

I bought my first car here over two years ago and I've had absolutely zero issues with my car even though it's from early 2006! The owner even offered me on his own accord to open up on a Sunday for me especially to do a test drive and complete the sale because I was short of time and desperate due to a dodgy previous seller leaving me with no car. I was worried to be trusting another seller but I am so glad I went with JLM and to this day I've been meaning to write this review because of how impressed I was with the company and the car itself. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for making up for my bad experience with a different company and selling me an actually reliable car!

Every car on this lot is solid despite being on the older and less expensive side of the auto spectrum. Needed a car for my stay abroad and this place was perfect for my needs. Owner was extremely nice, charismatic and never pressured me once to purchase. I am highly recommending this place for anyone looking for a solid, low end car in great condition.

Bought a Peugeot from JLM a few months ago. MOT was done for me, it was recently serviced. All in very good condition. John was also very friendly and down to earth. Never tried to give me a bad deal. Instead, he insists on giving his customers the best possible deal.He also does not stock junk. His cars can be purchased with confidence. I have not had a single problem with my car since I got it and I drive 30 miles Monday to Friday, each day.Next time I need a car, I'm going there first.

Saw John today for a ford fiesta, great price and better condition, would strongly recommend.

Needed a cheap reliable car at short notice. Spoke with John at JLM. While looking at the car we wanted the battery light started flickering and a quick check showed a faulty alternator. John had it replaced that day and we collected the car the following day at no extra charge. John is a pleasant, jolly chap not the usual pushy salesman I've dealt with before. Jan 2022
