A very bureaucratic and tedious process. I didn't feel like I learned anything new on top of my employer's job training. BCE/Highfield took 7 months to issue my certificates, then sent my line manager a copy of my certificate, but in my manager's name. Different staff contradicted themselves multiple times on the exams I would be required to sit, and where I would be exempt. I turned up on the morning of an examination only to be told I didn't need to do it. The only positive experience was my tutor. The resources itself are not engaging at all, and the questions were all very linear, up to the point where the whole qualification felt like I was just expected to rewrite the resources I was given. I would have enjoyed some situational judgement and more references to current research, also more group discussions or networking with other learners. Sadly, it was a very bland experience that reflects the poor state of training and development in health and social care today.

Takes your money, not interested in completing training. Vrs turned around in staff management, not approachable.
