Very spacious and modern interior.Order on touch screen devices and pay by card.It's not incredibly obvious which selections you make colours are very similar so look for the bite out of the donut.Seating very comfy, car park available for a few cars but not a large amount.Prices are about average for a coffee shop/patisserie.

Visited here last week, and what a change to how it usually is! It was a complete mess. The staff member made a mistake on our order, I missed out on my points when she corrected it. The place was a mess, rubbish everywhere, dirty tables and floor. The two people working didn't wear a name badge. One had a dirty apron on that looked like it had been screwed up and put on. They were stood having a conversation at the till when we arrived, and it took them nearly five minutes to begin taking the order. I mentioned that it was looking messy and dirty, and they said we've been busy although there weren't many customers in the shop. They made no attempt to clean any of it whilst we were there. We sat outside for a while, and I went back into the shop to use the toilet, and it was still a complete mess in the shop and seating area. I must say how disappointed I was. I go to this branch weekly, and I have noticed the rapid decline in the standards here. I wouldn't bother to use this branch if there was another option for coffee nearby. The branch is a shambles. It just goes to show how all the changes in management can have such a negative impact on what was a great store not so long ago.

They are oooooonnnn time. Good customer service. Buy for my husband as a treat because he loveeeee donught so much. The donught aste so amazing. It's so delicious, THE DONUGHT LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!

The shop sells a variety of delicious Donuts, coffee and other types of cold fizzy drinks.The place is very near to the Alfreton road,Nottingham and it is easy to identify as there are no other businesses in this building. Car parking is available outside the shop are but limited spaces. There are also outside seating areas. The place is also wheelchair accessible. The shop was not crowded at the time of my visit . I would highly recommend this place.. We have visited this place once again for the delicious Boston Creme Iced Latte and Screwball Frappe drinks !!!! So delicious

The biggest store we've seen in years. But that's because we live in an area where there aren't any.Lots of choice on flavours - yet we think the simple ones such as glazed, maple and Boston creme are the winners every time. The staff are lovely and genuinely welcoming and happy to serve you.We might see you sooner than the 10 years it took this time!

Ordered a large oat milk latte with two shots of caramel syrup and received an iced latte with dairy milk and no syrup? i paid £1.25 extra for the oat milk and syrup and didn’t receive it. i’m lactose intolerant and can’t have dairy.
