Sorry to say but this was first and last time we are going there. Kids meals were ok. The groin ups not so much. The meat in the burgar was almost raw that nearly eat" the 2 pieces of salad I had in the burger... The chicken wings ok and the fries ok.... No more for me thanks.Staff was nice. Thank you."

Another one of these woke establishments that feel its ok for woman to share a toilet with men and vice versa, a woman walked in with her young daughter to find me a male walking out of a cubical, the horrid look on her face made me feel uncomfortable. Hopefully this ridiculous place is the first the government clamps down will focus on, Hopefully even revoke their licence. Go woke go broke.

KFC lost it! Oil dripping fillet burger, salad is just tin corn and lettuce, garlic dip without garlicky taste, chicken stripes are oily too and I can go on!! Not even past the morning and 7up is finished.

I ordered food on the KFC app, to collect in restaurant whilst I was doing some shopping. Unfortunately when I got to the restaurant I was met with staff who were swearing at each other & spending more time having banter with each other than serving. I had already ordered & paid for the food, so I waited for the food & found a table to eat at. The chicken was black, notice the colour of my chicken burger compared to the chicken portion. Never have I eaten at KFC and received 2 different colours of cooked chicken. Apparently the colour change is down to New Oil" that is being used by the restaurant. Hmmmmm

We made an order through the KFC app with Deliveroo, when it was delivered it was the wrong order!!! We had to go into the store and pay again to get our food. We messaged Deliveroo many times to try and obtain a refund but to no avail. We messaged KFC and after a few email exchanges outlining our problems, Waqar arranged for us to have a whole new order for free. All the staff in the shop were very helpful, it is just a shame that Deliveroo weren't as obliging!

I can't blame the staff, they likely try their best and they were a nice bunch. I feel it is just a lack of funding to this store. They clearly have no cleaner and there was only 3 or 4 staff behind the counter cooking the food despite lots of customers waiting. This store needs to hire more workers to keep it clean and improve the incredibly slow service. My family waited over 30 minutes for their 'fast food'. Also, the toilets were out of order. KFC need to send the area manager to investigate this store due to neglect from the franchise owner.

Obnoxious staff :Was unable to find what I was looking for , fillet burger not a meal deal asked staff member for help and his reply was to look on the alicart menu , what an....... idiot and this is the face of kentucky fried chicken , maybe this why the premises were quite empty . Sort your staff out in this establishment colonel.
