Welcome addition to Kingston high street, I went for a halloumi wrap and baked fries.Tasty food and a change from the norm, but it was on the dry side. Had to slather it in sauce.Self service machines are easy to use, but there should be a pay at the counter option a la MacDonald’s. Tables were grubby.

Ordered a too good too go:Recieved a grilled halloumi wrap and a love burger. I didnt realise this pace was a vegan friendly, natural ingridients fast food restaurant. The halloumi wrap was full of taste and flavour i really enjoyed this. The love burger was not for me, was veey bland and chewy. But the service I recieved was lovely, they where very short of a front person that day and was closing early but still the lady who served me was friendly, had a smile and just ever so warming. Will definitely try this again.

This place was honestly a let down. When we ordered we expected a good quantity of food however my friend ordered a charred grilled chicken burger for a regular size but it cost £9 and they didn’t even give it to her warm. It was practically made instantly so I would infer that most of it was left out. I ordered a vegan millionaire short cake for £2 however you can see from the image bellow that it was tiny and honestly didn’t taste that good. On top of all that the drink I had was barely cold and despite advertisement it was served with no ice.Overall, I hated my experience here and I wont be coming back any time soon.Forgot to add the chips were soggy and cold. But didn’t wanna Karen the situation so decided to leave it.

Lovely store manager and the staff at counter. The lady is honestly so helpful and easy to approach. The waffle fries were a let down though so one star less.

The food always takes way too long to come out. There is waiting even when it's not busy.Frequently, they forget to put some items in the bag, some times I notice when I get home, some times I check before I leave and ask them for it.Once my partner ordered the big breakfast box that comes with 1 sausage, they had given him half, and another time they missed the egg.I have been to the Richmond one many times too and it's way better, better service, the food is better cooked and they don't forget items, so it must be a staff issue, rather than the restaurant.

Lovely little Leon opened in Kingston in Dec ‘20. Had a tasty meal and staff were also kind enough to provide a small pot of food for my pup. Couldn’t do enough to help, very friendly. I’m already a fan of Leon and have a few of their books and this is an excellent addition, and representation of the brand.

I literally rushed to write this review because having been my first visit to Leon ( & most certainly won’t be my last! ) I just wanted to say I haven’t eaten anything that good in a long time! Flavours, freshness it was superb. Actually I ate it so quick I felt almost embarrassed! I had the Korean chicken wrap with chilli jam and the seasonal slaw. So good! But I must also thank the manager Miguel because his customer service was exceptional! That is something I have not experienced in some time. I had my granddaughter with me and honestly I felt so looked after. Thank you once again I will definitely be returning! :-)

Usually good food and service but unfortunately today was a let down.Crispy Korean chicken wrap was dry and horrible. The bread wrap was definitely out of date so I paid £11 to pick out two morsels of chicken from an excuse of a wrap, while the bread surrounding it just crumbled into nothingness. Disgusting.The new miso gravy dip was incorrectly served as a satay dip.The flat white was incorrectly served as a latte, so that was returned.And to top it off, I was told they would call my name when the food was ready, but I found it just sitting on the side when I went up to ask where it was.Why is this the new normal for service establishments nowadays? Why are companies increasingly deciding to not care about their products anymore? Why are consumers expected to just accept it? I'm not spending any more money at Leon

Lovely staff and options to pay through self service machines. It was very easy to use. I opted for the hot smoked salmon, lime and jalapeño salad. I really enjoyed it, salmon was cooked just right and waffle fries are always good. However, I would of liked better vegetarian options as it felt very limited in flavour.
