Great service and great quality manicure and pedicure! My technician Mandy is an absolute star. Very professional, very friendly and looks after my nails amazingly. She can literally do anything from clean classic nails to the most intricate nail designs, while still advising when it is time to have a break. Thank you for looking after me!!

I have Kimmi do my nails once a month and she is fantastic at what she does.Always give me good ideas for when I can't make a decision .She is friendly and professional .She takes great care of my nails and I enjoy my time in the salon with her.

I’ve had my nails done at N Bar twice now. A gel removal (by Hyejung), which was immaculate, so much attention to detail and my natural nails now feel incredibly strong and look so pretty!And pedi by Kimmy, which was the best I’ve EVER had. Her cuticle work is nothing less than perfect. I struggle to find good nail techs these days who care for your nails and take the time to do an amazing job.Can’t recommend enough! They’re so friendly and happy, gives the salon such a refreshing vibe! I know they’re a little pricier, but it’s so worth it. They sanitise everything and only use new nail files that you get to take away with you. The only nail salon that I’ll be going to in future!

I’ve been a client for over 6 month now and I get 5 star experience on every visit! Always look forward to my appointment as I know my expectations will be met! If you know Nbar from Dubai, prepare to be VERY disappointed. I lived in Dubai for over10 years and Nbar was my heaven! The customer service and generally Dubai services are experience of a life time. I was so excited when I learned they have opened a branch in the UK, didn't want to wait any longer I walked in to see the place and book a Mani Pedi, the place is nice, stylish, high-end and very clean.However, my first appointment was cancelled 3 times until they was able accommodate me! Imagine you walk in to have the service and being told the technician called in sick, no one cared to call me and let me know! my appointment was in the afternoon, so for sure they had the time!Main issue with Chelmsford UK branch: wait, there is a list! Firstly some technicians are very experienced and some are not. So if you like the place as much as I do and you don't give up, you can find a great technician. My last visit was this Saturday, I booked it a month in advance and I made a note NOT to change the technician please, but they did again! which brings us to second issue here, they don't value your time or experience and they change the information of your booking and they don't admit it! Its seems that they can’t change the booking note but they can change the technician name in the system. I booked the appointment online with my preferred technician and made a note in the booking system '' Please do not change the technician if any issue please call me''. On the day I was told the technician is not available! and they even changed the technician name on the system without calling me and letting me know!My Mani was badly done and they had to re do it with another technician (I had cuts and bleeding in 3 nails which they took a video of). I spent 5 hours for a service which should have been max 1.5 hours. You see if you work full time, you defo don't want to spend your Saturday being frustrated and disappointed. I had a lash extension booked after the Mani Pedi service which was dragged due to time and booking management and had to go back on Sunday to correct it and complete the services. I was told it will take 1.5 hours. After 45 minutes the lady at the reception came into the room 5 TIMES asking the technician to rush as the next client is waiting, I am not sure if I have been given a 1.5 hours why after 45 minutes they have to rush the technician. The technician kept telling her that she can’t rush it, after 5 times entering the room, she started texting the technician, so she had to stop and reply to lady at the reception text messages. I was told that another technician cancelled and called in sick so they are trying to accommodate her client with the technician that I was booked in, it’s SO messy isn't it? Story short I am going back again this week to get the lashes completed. It is really disappointing that they don't value the client TIME! you may think then why you keep going back, well if you find the right technician and they don't mess with your booking, you actually can have a good time and service especially if you book a message service at the same time. Let us look at their Pros now: Did you know they open a new set of Mani Pedi tools, filing, everything new for you? goodbye floating skins in blue liquid containers which in most other salons in the UK. They do stunning Nail Arts if this is what you are looking for, although generally they are more expensive compare to their competition next door, London Grace. For sure they do not meet Dubai costumer service level but the technicians are very polite and friendly. They have little tabs on the floor for Pedi and the procedure they follow is amazing, you will have a little spa included when you do a Pedi.I have been a client since they opened but I don't go as often as I like because of these Cons and my feedback have been disregarded so hopefully this Google review will not be ignored!

The squeezed me in as a walk-in last minute. The lady that did my manicure recommended a new shape, as I told her I kept catching the edges. I love the new shape & would never have tried it without her recommendation. I had gel & its lasted really well on holiday.

Great salon, pleasant and friendly atmosphere, 5* for cleanliness and service. I have visited Nbar Chelmsford numerous times in previous 3 month and can highly recommend the place and Angelica as a therapist as I am absolutely happy with manicures, pedicures and lashes done by her. Excellent quality builder gel manicure and refills done several times, my nails look absolutely amazing for weeks! Pedicures and lashes also done several times, I am really satisfied.Looking forward to visiting N bar again for another great service and experience!

Great salon and such a friendly team. Fit me in last minute which was amazing! Rosie was so lovely and kind, and did my nails perfect! Mo, at the front desk was lovely always and did an amazing job at fitting me in! Would definitely recommend :)!

I cannot recommend Mandy enough. She makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and does my nails spot on. I look forward to seeing Mandy and her work on my nails every month!! ❤️

The builder gel manicure is the answer for those whose gel manicure never lasts!! The staff and all incredible and so good at their jobs! They make you feel very relaxed and spoiled! Mandy did my last infill and the nail art is beautiful. Era has also done incredible freehand art! They are all so talented!Love coming here.
