We bought a stunning Mazda Cx5. Graham was a pleasure to deal with .When we collected the car a few days later it was presented to us looking immaculate with a fresh Mot and 2 new front tyres which we didn't expect.Unfortunately after a couple of weeks the car developed a faulty being fuel starvation. .County Cars was very quick to respond and had the car booked in to a local repair centre, who also gave great service.The repairs were carried under warranty without any quibble.On the whole great service all round.We would recommend County Cars to anyone and would definitely go back when I'm next looking to buy a carA true credit to the used car industry

Had a very positive experience buying a car from Graham at County Car Company. He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and showed me all the corresponding paperwork. Due to my situation with returning a financed vehicle, I was unable to commit to a date regarding the collection of my new car, but he allowed me to put down a deposit which secured it and then I collected it when I was able to. The car was provided with a new MOT and full valet before collection. Unfortunately, 2 months later, a fault came up on the system regarding the battery. I called Graham as the vehicle was still under its 3 month warranty and he got it sorted the same day at a local garage at no cost - the alternator belt just needed replacing. I would highly recommend County Car Company.

I was about to buy a yellow 53 plate Audi A3 from Graham, noticed there was a few problems (no interior lights/tyre worn on inner edge/window switch/washer jet etc) he assured me that he would get all of these problems fixed so I payed the deposit and was waiting to pick up the car. At first he said it would take a couple of days... turned into 3 weeks. My black box was due to be fitted so he dropped the car off the night before so it could be carried out, i noticed that NONE of the work had been done after 3 weeks! Also he’s had the rear sub frame undersealed to cover where it’s rotting away. The next day he told me he couldn’t sell me the car as he couldn’t complete the work needed. I’ve just seen he’s re-advertised this yellow Audi so I can only advise people not to buy it, or any car from him for that matter! He’s full of excuses/lies just to sell a dodgey car! As soon as he found out I work at a garage and knew I’d look over the car he’s pulled out of the sale. If you do buy a car from him, take it straight to a garage to get it checked over!
