I started my treatment with Chris a few years ago. I was a little apprehensive at first as my issue had been with me for a really long time, so I was unsure about how much sessions would help. During my first session Chris made me feel at ease, he asked questions, and took some pictures of my posture, as well as beginning treatment based on what he had discovered.During the next session Chris had analysed the pictures and as well as a treatment plan, Chris came up with day to day tools to assist with better posture. I am so pleased with his my treatment has been going, I can definitely feel the difference, so much so that I only occasionally required appointments now and then with Chris these days. Highly recommended!!!!

My back and shoulders, neck was damaged all messed up, due to working hard. Chris helped me to repair me, incredible astonishing treatments he did spot on to fix my problems with awesome results!! I’ve been treated by Chris for the last 12 years. He picked up on an issue, that when treated, completely turned my fitness around. He treats the person as well as the problem. By now he knows which buttons to press, as well as vertebrae. He always knows what I’m trying to achieve, and goes the extra mile , constantly, to help me get there. I always feel so much better after a session with Chris. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful presents and light hearted which really helped me feel comfortable even when I came into sessions in a lot of pain. I leave the session feeling light and free. Helped so much with back paint and tension headaches. Very gentle and never pushed any treatment I didn't feel 110% comfortable with. Explained what was going on with my back clearly and let me know what the treatment he was doing is for. Fully recommend to anyone who's been thinking about trying a chiropractor!

After a car accident a long time ago I begun suffered with bad back/neck pain & problems which really held me back in life. I tried physiotherapy & other treatments but nothing seemed to really help fully. I was a bit nervous about trying a chiropractor but was recommended Chris & hand on heart it was the best thing I did. He has seriously worked miracles, has given me my life back! It might sound dramatic but it’s true. I’m now able to play with my young family, do things which were just impossible before, importantly I’m no longer living on pain killers. I can’t thank him enough. I also saw him during my pregnancy as began suffering additional issues which he helped with.Chris is professional, he put me at ease straight away, explains everything in simple terms (personally I find some of it fascinating, our bodies are so complex & fragile at times). Prices are reasonable & he won’t book unnecessary appointments. He genuinely cares & wants to help people, the exercises he’s given have been so helpful. Parking for appointments is easy too. I have recommended family & friends to Chris & they all have positive things to say about him!

Been taking my Mum to Chris to treat her Sciatica, she couldn’t walk straight and it was impacting her ability to go out the house. Mum is now able to get go out for the day thanks to Chris and is in significantly less pain. We wish we had help sooner as she’s been living with this for such a long time. I have been going to Chris for a number of years on & off (when needed) & cannot recommend any one but him. My body takes a battering with the manual work I do & Chris keeps it all in order to allow me to keep working & living. He is very thorough, he knows his stuff and I have every confidence in him. I’ve been seeing Chris for a few months now for lower back pain and joint/muscle/tendon stiffness, and neck pain/stiffness. He’s worked miracles! I’m much more mobile and flexible than I was, and the advice he’s given has informed me of exactly what’s going on and the stretches I can do to help. He’s also really friendly and calm, and puts you at ease each time you see him.
