They attempted a repair of some in-ear monitors which is a ridiculously fiddly job, and managed to get them partially working. I appreciated the effort as I wasn't convinced even that was possible. Nice guys, and well worth asking.

Great experience, exactly solved my problem even my pc is hard to treat because it’s a DIY ITX case. It maybe took longer time than I expected. But it’s definitely worth to wait.

My 6 year-old Acer All-in-One desktop was running impossibly slowly. Diamond Computers took it in, upgraded it, got rid of the dust and the malware and 8 days later it's like I have a brand-new pc. Brilliant job, fantastic service, excellent price. Thank you very much.

This was the 3rd place I tried. The first said they'd have to return my tablet to factory settings; the second said they didn't really do tablets, asked me how old it was and implied it was time to get a new one. Then I tried Diamond. They said they'd charge 25 quid if they could fix it and nothing if they couldn't. They removed some malware - job done and I couldn't be happier. Diamond are brilliant!

Previously sorted out a windows 10 update issue on my MSI laptop quickly and at a good price.Recently got my ps5 dedusted (bought during lockdown) and the team helped to fit a ssd and faceplates that I had purchased. PS5 was returned in secure bubble wrapped and everything working when set up back home.Staff were friendly, professional and responded to my queries quickly. They also presented alternative options to keep me informed.Would recommend and use again in the future if the need arose.

Very fast service. Fixed the PC up for me and got me the needed part for dirt cheap :)Even tho it was happening during a bank holiday weekend, they still worked very fast and hard, to get me my 'Precious' back to me within a couple of days.Very nice and welcoming service.Knowledgeable staff and explained exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it.I was prepared to pay twice as much as they asked for in the end so i'm super happy.You can entrust them with your treasured machine, they will deliver :) (at least they did for me ;) )

This place lives up to its name. Excellent, friendly customer service, that wasn't patronising. Super speedy with both fixing my issue and keeping me informed. They answered all my questions and were flexible on timings. The price for parts and labour was competitive - definitely good value for money. I'm saving up for an upgrade, and when I've done so, I'll be asking Diamond Computers to do it for me.

The team were are prompt, honest and decent - error on my part when putting my sons PC back together, no charge even though they tested and spent some time on it. I will be back when I have a genuine problem!
