From our first contact to collection of our new car we have enjoyed excellent service. Phoebe kept us informed every week of what was happening with our order. She even managed to select a car a lot earlier than we had expected which was very good. John and Phoebe gave us a great handover explaining all the basic functions of the car and made it clear if we need further help to just call them. My wife and I agree we had some excellent service from everyone we dealt with. Thanks

I don’t normally do reviews, but feel compelled to do so with this dealership. Absolutely incredible service from the whole team at Mercedes in Bath. Our main contact was the amazing Grafton Licorish. One of the most likeable professionals you could ever meet. His enthusiasm is literally infectious. We were made to feel so valued as customers and I can honestly say that i will never use a different dealership again.

Really helpful and attentive sales team. Used to rate BMW in Bath as the best customer service, but this Mercedes dealership has topped that.Grafton is very knowledgeable on the products and makes the sales process easy - whilst getting the right deal for us. Spent time making sure both myself and my wife are happy before progressing with purchasing our CLA 200.Looking forward to picking it up soon.

My wife and I recently bought a used C class estate from the Bath showroom. We have had excellent service from the team, particularly Grafton Licorish who dealt with our purchase professionally and, at our request, quickly, as on the day we dropped in we had limited time available. Everything went really smoothly. Grafton arranged for the car to be delivered to London where we live. The aftercare provided has been first class. Nothing has been too much trouble.

Excellent MCB experience at Bath, had a lot to think about and the team gave us the space to do so, Tom was great explaining things and we needed to take a breath to think about the right choice to make which was no problem. Chris helped us with the decision and 2 weeks later a brand new CLA was in the bag expertly handed over by Harvey. From management to the support teams, friendly and engaging staff, even some “S Class” biscuits. Thoroughly recommended.

Whilst visiting for a routine service Grafton made time to say hello, during our quick chat I highlighted that my wife had fallen out of love with our A-class and wanted something bigger. Grafton then spent some valued time to establish what we needed as a family. He came up with a few options and we quickly pinned the right car. I was so impressed with the personalised video presentation of the new car from Dominic Kilbane and more recently another video to explain some dashboard features from Robert Gough. Since the first contact with Phoebe, I felt the whole team went the extra mile to assist with my purchase. All in all a great experience thank you. I'm delighted with my new car!

I had been looking to buy a new car for a couple of months and narrowed my search down to a couple of cars. Unfortunately some cars you have to wait up to six months for delivery. Luckily the car I liked was the Mercedes A200 Launch Edition so I placed my order and to my surprise it was ready to collect in just under 2 weeks. All the staff involved with the sale were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would especially like to thank Alisha Patel for the work she did and choice of registration in trying to make it more personal for me.
