Boots Pharmacy

The staff at this store are an absolute credit to the company. I dropped in Saturday while visiting the area and the service I received from the lovely lady on the counter was exceptional. I wish I'd taken her name. But while I was waiting I also saw the young lady behind the prescription counter provide 1st class customer service. An absolute joy to see

Having had to go in several times whilst on holiday, our first encounter with staff was brilliant and the pharmacist was a really lovely man, very chatty and friendly and helpful. Our second time, again the staff were lovely except the pharmacist, who was a very young oriental lady who was rude and abrupt and came across as not wanting to be there, throwing the pen at me to sign the form. Hence the 4 stars, otherwise a great place to shop, just a shame about the attitude of one.

I was supposed to have my flu jab today. I received a call yesterday after 17.00 less than 24h prior to my appointment. I couldn't answer the phone and called within half an hour and no answer. Called this morning to be said my appointment was cancelled. Something about they couldn't offer the service at that time as I did the booking in a private way. did you really need to wait till day before to say this?Really disappointed. Do you think it is that easy to book time for who work a normal shift 8-16:30 plus travelling? I had booked my appointment one month ago... And just the day before to report me

Very rude pharmacist today. And Pharmacy is hardly ever open, leading in a struggle to pick up meds. Some of us do work normal hours. Would not recommend!

Seems to be operating in a secure fashion...masks obviously worn, screens in place and a one way system. The pharmacist is very helpful. Separate room with screens for the flu jab.

Nothing on website to say closed 12-1. Arrived at store 3mins to 12 door locket . Shop woman said I need to put my watch right...excellent customer service NOT

One of worst chemists around. Unfortunately we don’t have any other options. Just because it says it open does not mean it is. Half the time they don’t even have a pharmacist there… would not recommend if you can avoid

Amazing customer service. I appreciate, during these hard times, all front line workers. This includes shop staff, postman, delivery men, dustmen etc etc for keeping me safe. Well done Stalham for excellent service, always given with courtesy and a smile.
