Big shout out to Wilkinson Cameras. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, made our day. My friend isn’t a Tog yet was made to feel welcome and encouraged to view many other elements of what Wilkinson does, while I enjoyed the cameras and lenses and all the other related gear. Very approachable staff member made everyone feel valued and able to ask what may even be simplistic questions. Wholly recommend using these guys if you are in the area.

Very poor customer service. On taking the camera on I was quoted £60 For the service plus parts. Paid £20 deposit. On collection I have been charged £145 for service this iscthe 60 plus part . Which it needed none.And £90 labour. The shop worker when asked about this was rude and abrupt saying you would pay for labour if you took a far in . At no point was i told that it would be so expensive. Very poor customer service worker rude and very unhelpful . Please find a differnt place to take your camera if it needs servicing workedid Connor S

It took me 2 visits & 2 phone calls to buy a mint Canon R last week. The assistants were very helpful showing lots of patience ' I am really pleased with the camera it's a big step up from my old D6.Many thanks .

We used Wilkinson Cameras to buy a new camera. Why? Well, the range of cameras on the market is huge and we needed some upto date advice on a selection of models. Joe was exceptional in his help, showing us several makes and models with very useful technical commentary. In the end we found the camera for us, a Nikon Z50 and it is fantastic. Literally wouldn't go anywhere else for for my camera needs,my Canon let me down on a job, I went straight into the shop and ordered a new camera and Joe had it in my hands at such a fast rate! Really really impressed with the service that's for sure! I won't look anywhere else for anything to do with my tech! 10000% recommend these guys!!
