Great kick-boxing gym with enthusiastic instructors all DBS checked and first aid trained too! Great children’s and adult lessons with a real sense of belonging within the gym.

Started the Adult class for fitness and found it to be so accommodating and fun. The instructors are patient and very attentive. The workouts are made so that you do as much as you can it's not an amount of an exercise but a time block. This way it's suited to your ability. Brilliant all around!
