Without a booking I went to autobay as I drove passed.I had damage rim protectors on my VW T4, and I was afraid of damaging the tyres and the paintwork. I spoken to Kit and he was very helpful the friendly staff took off the protectors and balanced my front wheel without a second thought. Highly professional and approachable staff. I highly recommend. It is nice to share some positive. Thank you guys n girls.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Had a puncture in my DHL van and they fitted my spare tyre for me without charging me. Despite difficulties removing the spare they persevered and got me back on the road. Very grateful and a superb service!

Fantastic place with extremely helpful professionals.Turned up at AutoBay in an emergency with a failed tyre valve and air pouring out. Even though it was close to their closing time, one of the guys there was more than happy to help straight away. (sorry I forgot to ask your name).Had me sorted with a new tyre valve and on my way in no time.Life Savers!! Would definitely visit again.

Didn’t actually visit to have any work done. Visited to obtain CCTV of an incident which happened outside their premises. Exemplary service, didn’t even need to ask me what I was there for and provided the footage no questions asked - this was two days after the incident occurred! Very, very helpful.

A genuine family fun garage..Called them up; Kit was a really approachable and helpful and really good price point (I'd shopped around). My car was sorted within half hr, without any hassle, plus I was able to sit and wait. Autobay is clearly valued by locals because it was busy without compromise. If you can, call first to book in do, but from what I could see customers commitments were worked round so they could get their car back asap. Thank you and would highly recommend.

Used Autobay last night & couldn’t have been happier with the service. I needed a headlight replacing (Vauxhall Astra) quite urgently as I drive for work and only realised after it had gone dark that one of mine had stopped working. They replaced it super quickly, we’re incredibly friendly and had me on my way again in no time at all. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

They completed an accident repair job on behalf of my insurance. Well so I thought.... it was returned to me making the most horrible sound and vibration coming from the engine / gearbox. After they had said everything was checked and repaired I knew something wasn't right. After a visit to the local dealer and a cost of £120ph for troubleshooting they found a missallinged engine and loose engine mounts.How can you relase a car saying its repaired and back to pre accident standard like this.The car was unsafe to drive.Frightening they are repairing cars, and selling them!Never again for me. Learnt the hard way.
