All I can say is a very big thank you to the two plumbing operatives that attended my flat earlier this morning to fix my boiler and non running hot water issue in my bathroom I have had since moving into my new apartment. I didn’t actually get their names but whoever they were, were very efficient and professional in their trade and are credit to Gregor Heating Electrical & Renewable Energy Company.They arrived at my flat promptly within the promised time of 08:00-13:00. The guys were very polite and respectful as I didn’t even ask them to take off their shoes before stepping inside my flat when they arrived as I just had my carpets laid and they also treated my flat with respect by not slamming the front door when stepping in and out to get materials from their vans. They made sure everything was working as they should before leaving when they completed the job. I’m so very grateful to the two both of them.

Plumber was amazing and fixed the problem with in minutes, lovely guy!!However, customer service was appalling! The lady I dealt with on the phone was extremely abrupt and rude extremely un helpful!! Unacceptable customer service during this time of year.

Issues with a complex wall home heating dial. Operative joined a plumber to fix the issue which had water and electrical aspects. Good humoured, polite, on time and they fix the issue quickly. Would want their support again.
