Unfortunately Ziegler is one of many transport companies scams, my self and many my colleagues have been cheating on mileage, put on heavy and unrental runs, don't work for them, they are vampires, on the end of a day , they are kill you financially

Worse Ziegler ever 2 hours on the bay to unload 8 pallets and they haven't started yet could be another 2 hours this people think we don't have anything else to do than waiting around.

Told I must be home for the parcel to be delivered. On the day of delivery, They had subcontracted the work to DPD, who would not be delivering the parcel for 2 more days. Furthermore, didn't need signing for and could be delivered to a neighbour.Shocking customer service.

It is slow, loading and unloading, and the parking lot is very narrow, there is almost no space

Ziegler filed Import documents on our behalf with HMRC, but filed them incorrectly, resulting in a duty bill being incurred on goods that were not subject to duty. A year on and we're still waiting for a refund. Hopeless.

My brand new equipment was damaged in transport by Ziegler Uk with their own admission but I was passed around between Ziegler Uk and Transnatur in Spain for an insurance claim for just under a year. Hoping that the stututory time for claim will pass but the matter has been passed to a solicitor! Never again will use these two companies if they were the last transport companies!!!
