MyoReformation with Alastair

Very impressive! Alistair helped me to feel at ease throughout the session, and the bodywork itself was really relaxing. I could tell is was doing a lot internally as I felt tired afterwards. Would definitely book in for another session!

Alastair has such an open mind. Although fresh on the journey of MyoReformation I can tell and, more importantly, feel that every palpitation and manipulation comes from a place of wanting to heal and help. I experienced two sessions and, admittedly, the first felt more like a baptism into the unknown. My judgements were everywhere during the session but afterwards I felt a flood of relaxation and calm. As a result I went into the next session with far more openness and as a result I received far more from the treatment. Alastair is caring and considerate, keen and intentional with his practice and you would do well to see him. Just make sure you book more than one session as a session alone won't do the practice justice.

Alastair is an absolute pro. I went into my two myoreformation sessions not knowing what to expect, and came out feeling totally rejuvenated and refreshed. Alastair helped immensely with some back and hip pain I’ve been experiencing after giving birth and the treatment helped my muscles and tendons recover more quickly. He is also an abundantly kind and thoughtful practitioner, who takes a genuine interest in his clients and their unique physical and mental situations, tailoring each session to those needs expertly. Alastair is a gem! My treatments were so effective and I really felt as if my energy centres were being opened and emptied, Alastair has a gentle presence that really allows space for you to receive the treatment fully, in your own way and he is encouraging of you being present in the experience and allowing all of your emotions to surface.
