Amazing massage! I have a twisted pelvis and as a result had very tight leg muscles. The massage was specific and targeted all the right areas whilst also being relaxing.10/10 and had lovely chats too :) Highly recommend.

ASG Sports Therapy
Helped with my ankle injury, now fully recovered.Alana is very attentive and finds out exactly what the issue is, how bad it is and makes a really clear plan at the start. Demonstrated every excercise/stretch to do and monitored progress really well, it felt like every recommendation was relevant and helped with the injury.
