From the time of ordering following the site visit by Dan to our new build, the communication, advice and level of service was exemplary. The challenge required to design a cantilever stairs was met superbly. The process of installation of the steel frame went without complication, completing the wooden treads with highly quality wood stained oak and the finished product with glass is an absolute delight. This guy never answer call or text after sales he will not give any backup after sales I advise stay away from this company. Very bad experience never buy again
