Unfortunately, what I received felt more like a standard service rather than the tailored experience I had anticipated. The tests she conducted were thorough, yet there was a sense of detachment in her approach that left me wanting more. I yearned for a deeper dive into my specific symptoms and concerns, but instead, I felt as if I was just another case on her roster.During our initial consultation, Kate recommended an increase in fiber intake and magnesium consumption for a week to alleviate my symptoms. While I appreciated her attempt to address the issue, this advice struck me as somewhat generic, given the premium service package I had selected. She mentioned that if my symptoms persisted, further tests would be necessary. However, this was where my disappointment deepened.After following her recommendations diligently for a week, I awaited further guidance or follow-up from Kate. Regrettably, I never received any communication from her. It seemed as though I had been left hanging, with no indication of the next steps or any outreach from her end. As my symptoms persisted, I felt compelled to seek alternative services that would provide me with the attention and support I needed.In conclusion, my experience with Kate's services was a mixture of highs and lows. Her extensive knowledge in the field is undeniable, and her insights are valuable. However, her time constraints and what felt like a lack of personalized attention hindered the overall experience. Given the high expectations that come with choosing her top-tier service package, I was left wanting more. The lack of follow-up and communication was particularly disappointing, ultimately leading me to seek assistance elsewhere. While Kate's knowledge is commendable, improvements in her time management and patient engagement could greatly enhance the quality of her services.

I live in Switzerland and flew over just for this process. It was fantastic, Kate identified foods that I was intolerant to. She then supported me with further tests and is always at the end of an email. This has changed my life, my symptoms have reduced measurably. I would highly recommend visiting Kate and the clinic!

Absolutely brilliant! After many years of trying to identify the cause of our 6 year old sons periodic vomiting via our GP and without success, we visited Kate's clinic in London for an intolerance test. Kate's method of testing is perfect for children as there are no blood samples taken, no needles and no pain whatsoever. Kate identified the intolerances in one session and made the entire experience pleasant and worry free for us all. Since following Kate's advice on foods to avoid we are delighted to say that our son is fit and well and the vomiting has completely stopped.
