Rubbish service and had to answers to hundreds of question, only sending 300 euro. I sent with many other competitor companies where I didn't face any issues.I wanted to make a small amount of 100 euro to my girl friend in Nigeria.Even after they verified me with my passport, my girlfriend passport, my monthly pay slip, my bank statement of last 60 days, my address confirmation. Prove the correctness of the payment, they proceeded with 1 transaction.My second transfer of 300 euro was held, again I had to provide all above documents, insane. Then they held my transaction.I have been in contact with dozens of customer care employees. Every time you will be assisted by another person and you start all over again. Answering same questions 20 times.Remit choice compliance check is insane. There help desk is in India and only interested in getting as much calls as possible without helping the Remit customers.Help desk is paid by calls and not be resolving customer query’s.The people that rate 5 starts only do small transactions below 100 euro. When you send above 100 euro, Remit choice thread you as a criminal.I don't think Remit Choice knows what they are doing. Remit Choice's service is getting worse. Time to take my Business elsewhere.

I would say that this is worst money transfer agents I have ever seen, I even doubt whether they care for their customers, how does it take more than 3days to complete the transactions when other agents takes just mins? I did my transfer on Friday last week and today is money still waiting for the money to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Remit Choice.

This star is just for me to be able to do my review otherwise its zero from me. These are SCAMMERSI heard alot about this company and good feedbacks. Also have good rates too. When I used it for the first time on 1st September 2023 the money diddnt reach my recipient, its still being processed. I have been chatting with Bot, Ali, Ahmed and Katherine and was told my transaction would be reprocessed. I have requested for a reversal/refund and there has been no response. The email and phone number are not working. I was fooled by their rates and people's review comments on here. I've learnt my lesson and not to fall for it again. I'm still waiting for my money and it's frustrating.

I was upset because of delaying to transfer my money thou they ask me to provide my bank statement which I did. And Muhammadu helped me out and the money was transferred immediately. I'm happy since I have been using the remit choice, I have never have any issue. Excellent . I'm happy

The worst money transfer service. AVOID it is TERRIBLE … I have been waiting for ages to get my money transfer to Cameroon. I have to support medical energy and the mi eu is not arrived. I will never ever use the service again. EXTREMELY BAD.

overall good. there was some trouble in my last transaction, they explained me as technical problem, however, they also solved this problem and paid to the recipient. their customer service is good, they are always professional, they always response rapidly in any query in online and cooperative. good exchange rate and free of charge.
