Very impressed, would highly recommend for residential conveyancing. Communication was prompt and clear and practical advice given. Their fees might not be the lowest but it's worth paying a little more for a good service where the team has the time to do the job properly.

It's been a frustrating experience so far. Although they're friendly but they are also very passive and rarely reply to emails until we phone them; I had to keep calling them to make sure things were rolling. It has caused my exchange date to be postponed once, and now I may need another one. I hope their slow pace won't cause us to pay the penalty interest in completion. The experience is much worse than my two previous solicitors. The only positive in dealing with them as mediators was that they were very efficient in taking their fees. Otherwise, waste of time, money and energy.
