Can grab a paper

The short, older guy with dark hair makes the visit to my local paper shop very uncomfortable. I visit this shop on a regular basis and have never caused any reason for them to be suspicious of me. I say hello, wipe my feet upon entry and stay generally polite. Without exception the gentleman mentioned above has never once replied to my greeting, smiled or thanked me for my custom. That aside what makes me feel the most uncomfortable is the minute I walk in the shop this guy will find the need to follow me around the shop literally stepping on my heels as I go. I understand that watching out for shoplifters is unfortunately part of everyday concerns but surely there is another way that is less offensive and in a word, creepy. He actually makes me feel guilty when I’m doing nothing wrong and this itself is offensive. As a regular shopper who has never given cause for concern I would very much like them to go about this in a different way. It’s hard to have a pleasant experience when you are followed round and being stared at by a employee who says absolutely nothing to you. Being made to feel like a common criminal, a shoplifter is not what I want just before I part with my money and I truly hope and would appreciate this being addressed at the earliest convenience.

Unfortunately I have to go here to post my packages, there's a small man there that is always rude. He chucked my package one day and I had to tell him off, funny I never got a refund for that order as he didn't give me a receipt I didn't have a leg to stand on. The ladies are really nice there and a very tall gentleman is nice
