What an amazing experience working with John Horton, George, Zach and the entire team! Never a dull moment with this first class company. Fantastic communication and guidance at every stage. Horton & Garton generally - and George Smith specifically - have handled the sale of my flat brilliantly. Everything was very straight-forward, they got some really good viewings in the early days, and I accepted an offer within a week. George has been very calm, excellent on detail and advice, and has eased it all through with tact and diplomacy. I highly recommend him.

In terms of sales, Horton & Garton know their patch very well and were able to obtain offers on our house for the asking price within days - twice, in fact, as the first buyer fell through. We also asked them to help us find a smaller house in the area, and they took a lot of time to understand our requirements. Ultimately, we decided not to go ahead but that was more to do with housing stock on the market than Horton & Garton. We were impressed by the personal service this local independent agency offered and the way they were always available for advice generally.

We had a wonderful experience with Horton and garton and especially with Shiyane! She was a true angel and such a big help. Flat hunting in London is a true challenge but with her as an agent we always had someone with good expertise on the market and helpful advices. She supported us since the beginning of our search and finally got us a lovely apartment. The paperwork, communication and general organisational staff worked well and without issues.
