I live nearby and used to regularly use this Co-Op branch for some basic supplies, I normally avoid the fresh ingredients as I've never been impressed with the freshness... However today I bought a packet of ice creams to find that they were melted and had leaked all over the inside of the packet. So it seems they can't even keep their freezers cold...On the same visit the check out staff managed to double scan half my items... Overcharging me by a hilarious ammount... Just go up the road to a different store.

Came in here to claim some scratch card wins, i knew it was £75 and she confirmed it was £75 but once I was on the tube I realised she'd only given me £65. Feel very hard done by to be thieved fromAddition- I spoke to co op about this but was told I would need to go back to the store and speak to staff despite the fact I don't live anywhere near here, when I explained that going back here would be difficult my complaints were plainly ignored

I visited the store yesterday and it seemed like nobody cares if people are wearing masks (appropriately) and given that the shop is very small, social distancing isn't possible at all. It is absolutely unacceptable to allow such disrespectful behaviour, given that the infection rate in this borough is extremely high. I sincerely hope that the staff will act more responsible in the future.
