I very rarely leave reviews but I had a really good experience with DEU; but more specifically with Olivia.Olivia was really helpful and informative. We found the whole experience quite daunting and nerve wracking but Olivia was really down to earth and helpful.I can honestly say it was a pleasure and I had a really good experience thanks to her.Thank you Olivia.

Quite a decent agency with nice staff but disappointed at the end of our tenancy as they took the side of landlord when he tried to deduct out deposit for some dust. This was despite the place being filthy when we moved in. We really felt like they neglected us as students when we tired to dispute.

Had an incredible experience with house viewings here, Olivia showed us a range of options that matched our needs and budget and really took our opinions into account when deciding what to show us next. Olivia was so lovely and easy to talk to so we felt very comfortable asking her questions (all of which she answered very helpfully and double checked prices etc) about the properties. It was an overall great experience which is something that can rarely be said about house viewings (as they are often very awkward and you feel as if your opinions aren’t being taken into account) and Olivia’s knowledge of the properties and ability to make us feel at ease made what would’ve been a tenuous experience into something very positive!!

I had house viewing with Olivia and she was great! Really kind and helpful and picked out houses that we really liked. Would definitely go back to this company for future lettings.

Really pleasant experience being shown around propertied by Jas. You can tell that they care about their tenants as genuine people with independent lives and so will you as a person and work with you to make it work for both parties involved. They also focus on providing good storage. Stuart and Martin from maintenance were very helpful too in providing helpful info about the area.

DEU have been very quick to respond to our maintenance issues and we’ve just signed a different house with them after Jaz showed us round some amazing 2 bedroom houses

We’ve had such a great experience with DEU Estates. Jasjeet and Stuart in particular made the process of renting through them so easy. The flat is great and the communication from the team throughout has been fantastic! Highly recommend
