First appointment of the day. Two tyres fitted within 30 mins. Car desperately needed tracking sorted and they were able to get it done within another 20 mins. Desk staff very good. Used this branch before and will use again.

Had a puncture today on the way to hospital appointment, no joy at formula 1 as staff shortage and could you come back tomorrow! So I went just tyres in Strood. Although the tyre was unrepairable a new tyre was fitted quickly and efficiently by the team at Strood. Thank you guys, you got me back on the road and I didn't miss my appointment.

Poor, they had trouble with the card machine not working not their fault but not one person even though they saw me walk in looked up and acknowledge me to say sorry won't keep you long please have a seat, just stayed behind desk moving wired that done sod all. Used to be a very nice friendly place.

Very pleased with today's experience. The mechanic checked a tyre here and there and fixed it. Friendly and professional manner. Great service.

Disgusted with only member of staff. Attitude towards his head office .courier as late delivery of trye was appalling . The swearing was not pleasant. Needs to get another job as he clearly not happy. As a customer i did not need to know his issues. Wont be going there to buy anything else

Came here new years eve, the guys were brilliant. Fixed my slow puncture quickly and for a reasonable price. Also had no issues giving me some prices for new tyres and explaining their offers when asked. Customer service was brilliant cant fault them at all!

Fitted two new tyres, but they forgot to replace the wheel nut caps and the valve covers.When I went back they could only find 9 of the 10 covers. Now I have to fork out my own money to replace it else my locking wheel nut will get full of dirt.They tried to claim it was never there. I pointed out that the locking wheel nuts were clean and the alloys were dirty, so it must have been.Don't bother asking for a free brake check either.
