A little courtesy goes a long way. Phoned and emailed via auto trader app about a E46 Convertible that was listed for sale. Had a good conversation with Charlie about coming down from Scotland to buy. Asked for more photos and a little video walk round. “No issue at all” he said, he would send later. Later never arrived. I went to follow up and noticed the car was removed from AT, presumably sold to someone else?- that I kinda of understand, but have the courtesy to phone a customer back even to advise it’s been sold. Maybe you had another similar car that was coming into stock?……just as well I didn’t book a flight - poor customer service

Purchased a car from here 3 months ago, soon got it mechanically diagnosed by my local mechanic it had nothing but problems, so I returned the car for a full refund 14 days later, when purchased the car I also payed for a warranty package whoch cost me over £100, the dealer still hasn't refunded me for it and has stopped replying to my emails. Very dissapointing
