Fetch & Retrieve exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's genuine love for dogs and their commitment was evident from the moment they collected my beagle. The facility was clean, spacious, and well designed, providing a safe and stimulating environment for my dog. The daily updates and attentive care made me feel confident and reassured that my dog was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Fetch & Retieve to anyone seeking loving care for their furry friend.

F&R dont appear to have any valid day care licence and my dog ultimately suffered a nasty avoidable contagious illness. They claim to check vaccine certificates but don't. Truly reckless with a known outbreak of Lepto at their site. Avoid if you value your dogs health and wellbeing. Council informed and visitation and inspection pending.

We love Fetch and Retrieve! The team is so lovely and attentive. I’ve used them for my previous dog and my current dog and the staff is so wonderful and caring. Best part is how tired the pup comes home! Highly recommend

Our little cockapoo ( Mabel ) went to the team at F&R for some training as she was a little nervous around other dogs. The staff/trainers are absolutely amazing at what they do, the service you get from the collection of your little paw friend to the interaction via wassap is second to none. I was so pleased I left Mabel with the team while my wife and I went on a short break. And on our return, mable was shortly returned back to us is a happy manor.The training continues and every session makes a difference. Honestly can’t thank them enough.Cheers

Fetch and retrieve have done amazing job. We had a trainer called tia who.helped massively. We had a reactive german shepherd 2 year old and he is not perfect but with he help and support we are in the right direction. We went in not thinking he will stop.being reactive but get support and guidance and see some progress. The progress our dpg made was more than we thought and I can't thank tia enough. Definitely recommend

We’re very happy with our decision to send our dog to day care with Fetch & Retrieve. They are great at communicating, send lots of videos during the day and most importantly, our dog seems to love it! She comes back tired but very happy

They are excellent at their job!They love animals and take care of them lovingly!F&R was recommended to me by my close friends.We were away from London for vacation, and they took care of our dog Pablo, with lots of love and dedication, and also lots of physical activity. they kept us updated with photos and videos, they also offer a DAY CARE service with reliable and safe transport, from our home and they bring it directly to their facility, to then bring it back in the late afternoon Thanks especially to Caroline and Matt, and all the team.

We’ve just started with F&R, but I absolutely love them so far and am so pleased with the service! Everyone I’ve spoken with has been lovely and knowledgeable, and they’re so organized! They give me so much confidence in leaving our girl in their hands. Our husky is set to go 3x a week and today was her first day and I got video updates throughout the day of her having an absolute blast with her new friends. All the dogs look so happy it warms my heart

We recently moved our dog Ozzy from another doggy daycare service, and we’ve been really impressed with Fetch & Retrieve. They provide accurate arrival slots the week before, updated 10-20 minutes before they arrive. Once he’s with them, we receive a couple of update videos throughout the day, and then pictures once he’s arrived home - and he always arrives home exhausted after a long day of fun! We find this a much more personal service than the one we used previously, and it’s great value too. Thanks team!
