got my first car from here and was such a stress free experience. The guys who run it have just been amazing sorted the car quick no hassle good price and a months warranty. Had some issue with a water leak through the back light and they happily took it back sorted it, had it washed and new wheel hub caps put on within two hours. Was so worried about buying a new car heard so many horror stories, but i could not recommend this place enough :) Thank u!!!!

Has a female customer that doesn’t know a thing about cars, walking into a used car lot was potentially daunting! I had no reason to worry, Wayne made me feel comfortable from the initial phone enquiry through to the very smooth sales transaction. It was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend. All the vehicles are in great condition. Would definitely purchase from Crofton Cars again without any hesitation.

Recently bought a second hand BMW for my Mrs - the car was a lovely example, clean both inside and out. Made a very happy purchase and part exchanged her old car at a very good price.Fast forward two weeks and the car wouldn't start. Tried a few things myself but had no luck. Gave Wayne a call and he said he would come straight up to take it away to sort. It took a few days to find but Wayne kept in contact each day to explain his findings. Unfortunately the problem turned out to be a common culprit for that model. Thankfully, Wayne said he would get it sorted for us and gave us the choice of two courtesy cars so we still had a means of travel for our holiday away. We arrived back home and were promptly messaged by Wayne to say all has been sorted.Despite the hiccup it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Wayne from Crofton Car Sales. There was no hesitation from himself to sort the issue, whereas other second hand garages would try to wash their hands of it!All I can say is what could’ve been a serious nightmare situation for us really turned out better than we could’ve imagined. Wayne is a great lad and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from him again.

I Was looking for a motorway cruiser and came across a 2013. Vauxhall insignia with 1 owner, great condition apart from a misted headlight. Wayne is as genuine a bloke as you’d hope to meet. He and the team looked after the car and were quick to fix the headlight when it it failed within the warranty period, they made the process very easy and we’re trustworthy throughout! Can’t recommend enough!

Bought a car for my son in May. It was exactly what he wanted for a first car. Car had low mileage and had passed its MOT without many advisories. For the age of the car this was a bonus. There was no hard sell and found Wayne the owner to be very helpful and no none sense, exactly what you need when buying second hand. After 2 months we had a little problem and even though it was out of the warranty given by the garage Wayne was very helpful and even collected the car from our house to diagnose what the problem was. So helpful and went above and beyond in getting the car right. So refreshing in this day and age and wouldn’t hesitate in getting another car from them in the future.

Thank you so much to Wayne at Crofton Cars who we purchased our Fiat 500C from. Wayne is helpful, professional and approachable and is a really genuine person. We had a very minor issue with the car which we noticed when we got home which was just that the rear number plate light wasnt working, I messaged Wayne as soon as I noticed and he was more than happy to look at the car the next day. Wayne diagnosed the problem to be a small issue with the wiring which is a very common issue with Fiat 500Cs due to the wiring being where the boot opens and closes. I was able to leave the car with Wayne at a time that suited me and he arranged with his electrician to fix this for us quickly, we had the car back within 24 hours. 100% recommend Crofton Cars. Wayne looked after me when I purchased a red Fiat 500 Sport for my Daughters 21st Birthday, I purchased it 5 weeks before her birthday and he stored it for me, the car when first viewed was impressive, but when collected it was fully waxed and valeted and looked stunning. Crofton car sales is the place to go, his brother Craig is also a nice guy. most of all my Daughter loves the car and when it is time for another car, then Crofton Car Sales will be my first call.
