Mental Health First AidA very capable and warm presenter who is exceptionally adept at communicating in a highly effective way.The venue is perfect and there is ample free parking.The course was delivered in a very engaging way and all of my cohort felt confident to move forward with Mental Health First Aid.I am grateful for such a fantastic two days and can wholeheartedly reccomend this provider.

I have just completed the two day MHFAider course and cant recommend Cheshire First Aid highly enough.All pre course documentation was clear and thorough. The facilities on site were excellent as was the course follow up email (still wading through it all).The course itself was delivered with professionalism. It was extremely insightful and there was plenty of opportunity to run through things, ask questions and to ensure that everyone was 'safe' and in the correct personal place to for the course content.I will certainly recommend the course and will look to fresh my knowledge in a few years time to continue to build my knowledge and skills.

I attended a MHFA course delivered by Simon Osborne of So Coach. It was a fantastic 2 days, delivered in a sensitive, professional, engaging way. Simon somehow manages to make the serious nature of the learning very digestible and, at times (and when appropriate), fun and lighthearted.I would HIGHLY recommend this training.

Simon has a way of making the whole group feel relaxed and energised during the course. The Mental Health course was delivered in a manner that was precise but not to overpowering. Probably the best course I have attended because of the whole delivery and learning options made available.

Thank you Simon for the most amazing 2 day MHF Aider course this week. I can honestly say that I learned more about Mental Health and the brain than I did during 5 years at University in the 1980s or any of the many courses I've done working in Occupational Health over the past 34 years. Not only have I benefitted professionally from the course, but on a personal level the role play helped me deal with personal baggage that I have been carrying around with me for over 40 years. Excellent choice of course leader, venue was spacious, warm and friendly atmosphere and light refreshments provided throughout the 2 day course. Simon ran the course efficiently, he continuously checked that everyone was ok and offered personal breaks if we needed to take them. I have already recommended So Coach in my work place for the Pediatric First Aid course. Thank you Simon for an amazing course, I can't wait to implement my knowledge at work and help support colleagues with MHFA.

The 2 day mental health first aid was a fantastic course. The content was interesting, well planned and Simon was a brilliant trainer. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to develop their understanding of mental health on a personal level or for work purposes.

Having just finished my MHFA course with Simon I only think it's right to leave a review.Simon presented the course witha serious but fun and quirky way this makes you feel engaged and engrossed so much. At the start of the course I thought it would've have been like being back at school and just listening but this was the opposite Simon wanted you to join in and voice your opinions and answers and if you wanted to be quiet Simon respected that and never forced you to do anything.If you want to do a course that's about a serious topic but also have knowledge and fun with it pick SO Coach!
