Cat Butler did a tremendous job looking after not only our beautiful cat but also looked after our home while we were away. We got daily video updates, Greg went above and beyond. This was our first time using Cat Butler but certainly not the last, highly recommend!!

Gregory did an outstanding job looking after our cat Dandelion when my husband and I went away for a week. Both the care and regular communication with us were brilliant and it was hugely reassuring knowing that Dandelion was happy, well cared for and in his own familiar surroundings. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Gregory did a fantastic job as usual looking after our cat Coco for a few days. Great communications each day with a short video to give comfort that all is well. Gregory also helped out with other tasks to ensure house was secure, bins taken out, plants watered. Would highly recommend his service.

The Cat Butler took care of our cat during a long stay away and we were so happy with how well she was looked after! She got lots of attention and care and videos of each visit meant we were reassured about her well-being and happiness. Her idiosyncrasies and flea treatment was no problem too. Plus it was great to know that someone was keeping an eye on the house too! Thank you so much to our wonderful Cat Butler Gregory!

We use Gregory and Romina's services regularly for our cat, Trevor. He is always well looked after and enjoys seeing Gregory. We receive regular video updates via WhatsApp when we're away, and online booking/payments mean everything is so easy to arrange. We had to extend a booking recently, and a quick text to Gregory and it was all sorted. It's great to know we have someone that we can rely on 100%. We would recommend the Cat Butler to anyone!

I was really nervous about leaving our 6 month old kittens for the first time but Gregory made us feel so reassured when we met him in advance. His daily video updates were also really reassuring. We were extremely impressed with the service Gregory provided and appreciated how much he seemed to enjoy being with our cats. He made time to play with them at every visit and we could see from the videos that they felt very comfortable and safe with him. He didn’t just take care of all their basic needs but took time to make them feel safe and happy. We will definitely use the service again when we need to and have no hesitation in recommending The Cat Butler Bromley to others.

I've been meaning to post this since April, the delay is no reflection on the service. We've used other cat sitters in the past but they were nothing like Gregory. The level of communication and the affection our old cat showed for him made it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday. Feel very lucky to have found the Cat Butler, am sure the cats feel the same way!

We were quite anxious about leaving Alfie for the first time since we had got him, but we didn't need to worry! As soon as we landed we were able to see Greg had been to visit him and could watch the video. And then every day we were away we got videos and could see how happy Alfie was being at home, and the great bond he was developing with Greg. We felt so reassured, and could enjoy our holiday knowing Alfie was safe, relaxed and happy at home.Greg was so attentive, and even sorted our post and put our bins out while we were away!
